【ポイント】

◆漢方薬は多成分で多標的を基本とし，西洋薬は単一成分で単一標的であり，大きく異なることを理解する．

◆オキサリプラチンによる神経毒性を予防することが重要であるが，カルシウム・マグネシウム投与は臨床試験でその効果が否定された．

◆牛車腎気丸の基礎薬理的検討，臨床試験から，オキサリプラチンによる神経障害発生を予防する効果が期待される．
