イリノテカンによる下痢―半夏瀉心湯

【ポイント】

◆イリノテカンは抗癌剤のなかで下痢の副作用頻度が高く，下痢の発現予防および下痢対策を行うことが大切である．

◆イリノテカンに伴う下痢には一過性の急性下痢と遷延する遅発性下痢があり，後者は時に重症化する．

◆半夏瀉心湯はイリノテカンに伴う遅発性下痢を予防する効果がある．
