【ポイント】

◆抗癌剤使用時，六君子湯は5-HT_2b，5-HT_2c受容体に拮抗してグレリン分泌阻害を抑制し，食欲を維持させると考えられている．

◆ほかに，グレリン代謝酵素阻害作用，グレリンシグナル増強作用などのエビデンスが報告されている．

◆臨床研究でも，抗癌剤による食欲不振を六君子湯が抑制する効果が示されているが，大規模臨床試験が待たれる．
