【ポイント】

◆腺癌肝転移の各種画像に共通する特徴的な所見としては，石灰化，乏血性腫瘍，リング状濃染などがある．

◆造影CTが術前進展度診断に用いられるが，Gd-EOB-DTPA造影MRIは微小肝転移の検出に有用である．

◆超音波検査はスクリーニングから精査まで幅広く用いられ，造影，フュージョンイメージ，弾性イメージなどの機能も登場している．
