【ポイント】

◆CY1胃癌は腹膜転移再発のリスクが高く，予後不良であり，胃癌治療ガイドライン第3版上，M1に分類され，化学療法，対症療法が推奨された．

◆近年の化学療法の進歩に伴い，その予後は改善してきており，定型手術の適応はあると考えられる．

◆切除のタイミング，至適化学療法レジメン，化学療法実施期間についてのレベルの高いエビデンスは存在せず，今後の課題である．
