【ポイント】

◆外科手術後の脳血管障害では，脳梗塞が圧倒的に多くを占める．

◆外科手術後の脳血管障害の脳梗塞では，治療方針に様々な制約が生じるため，代替療法の検討が必要となる．

◆速やかな診断と治療のために担当科のみならず，神経系医師（神経内科・脳神経外科），麻酔科，コメディカルスタッフとの連携が重要となる．
