桜が咲く4月は就職や異動の時期である.一般病院では新しいドクターやナースが加わり,教育病院では国家試験に合格したばかりの研修医が働き始め,前からいたドクターは新しいスタッフの指導と自分の仕事が増えて忙しい.4月はミスやアクシデントが多いのだろうか.患者の死亡率が高いのだろうか.手術後の合併症や死亡が増えるのだろうか.
