素朴な疑問

　桜が咲く4月は就職や異動の時期である．一般病院では新しいドクターやナースが加わり，教育病院では国家試験に合格したばかりの研修医が働き始め，前からいたドクターは新しいスタッフの指導と自分の仕事が増えて忙しい．4月はミスやアクシデントが多いのだろうか．患者の死亡率が高いのだろうか．手術後の合併症や死亡が増えるのだろうか．
