素朴な疑問

　痛みは病気の警告症状とはいうものの，頭痛や歯痛や腰痛はつらく，鎮痛薬はありがたい．アスピリンは抗炎症薬（NSAIDs）の代表的な医薬品であり，ドラッグストアで買える大衆薬である．アスピリンを常用している関節リウマチ患者にがんが少ないことは知られているが，アスピリンを服用すると大腸がんを予防できるのだろうか．
