CY1陽性胃癌の治療方針

【ポイント】

◆CY1陽性胃癌に対して胃切除後にS-1を中心とした術後化学療法を行うことで，2年生存率50％，5年生存率24％と良好な成績を得ることができた．

◆今回の検討では，治癒症例と考えられる5年以上の長期生存例が14例，17％存在した．

◆CY1陽性胃癌は根治を期待できる対象群であり，今後さらに集学的治療法についてエビデンスの構築が待たれる．
