胃癌腹膜転移に対する腹腔内化学療法奏効後の手術

【ポイント】

◆パクリタキセル腹腔内投与を併用した化学療法により，胃癌腹膜転移の強力な制御が可能である．

◆化学療法により腹水細胞診が陰性化し，腹膜播種が消失または著明に縮小した場合に手術適応と判断した．

◆腹膜転移100例中60例に手術を施行し，生存期間中央値は34.5か月であり，重篤な術後合併症を認めなかった．
