【ポイント】

◆外科医のノンテクニカルスキル（NOTSS）の多くは手術室内での行動であるが，その要素である情報交換・相互理解・活動の調整などは日頃から意識してスキルアップしていく必要がある．

◆外科医は指導医・研修医にかかわらず，威圧的な態度がチームの要件または機能を阻害する可能性が高いことを十分認識する必要がある．NOTSSには多職種による理解と協力が欠かせない．
