【ポイント】

◆医療の質保証の観点から，医学教育はプロセス基盤型からアウトカム基盤型教育へシフトした．

◆NOTSの教育にはフィードバック，デブリーフィングを含むシミュレーション教育やOJTが重要である．

◆NOTSの評価にはmini-CEXなどの「診療現場での学習者評価」やポートフォリオが利用される．
