周術期輸血―がん患者の輸血は予後に影響するか

素朴な疑問

　貧血や低栄養がある患者は創離開や縫合不全を起こしやすく，周術期の輸血と栄養補給が重要であるが，輸血を受けた患者は感染防御能や腫瘍免疫力が低下することが知られている．がんの手術が順調に経過するには，貧血や出血を輸血で補正しないといけないが，がん患者に輸血を行うと，感染性合併症や手術死亡，再発や転移が増えたりするのだろうか．
