大腸癌における腹腔洗浄細胞診の意義

【ポイント】

◆大腸癌においては腹腔洗浄細胞診が予後と相関するかどうかについては一致した見解がない．

◆原因として腹腔洗浄細胞診陽性となる症例数が少ないことが挙げられる．

◆さらに感度の高い検査として免疫染色やPCR法を用いることで癌細胞を検出する試みも行われており，今後の治療への応用が期待される．
