【ポイント】

◆腹膜播種は，CTやMRIなどによる形態画像よりも，PETのほうが診断能力が高いとの報告が多い．

◆近年，MRI拡散強調画像が腹膜播種診断に有用であるとの報告があり，今後に期待される．

◆腸閉塞を伴う腹膜播種では，modalityの利点を理解し，手術適応を判断する必要がある．
