【ポイント】

◆腹膜偽粘液腫に対しては，完全減量切除と術中腹腔内温熱化学療法の有効性がほぼ確立している．

◆完全減量切除と腹腔内温熱化学療法は，症例を選択すれば通常の大腸癌腹膜播種に対しても有効である可能性がある．

◆新規の抗癌剤や分子標的薬を用いた全身化学療法とどのように使い分けるか，もしくは組み合わせて使うかが今後の課題である．
