【ポイント】

◆腹膜播種を有する大腸癌においても，殺細胞性抗悪性腫瘍薬と分子標的薬の使用によりある程度の治療効果が期待できる．

◆イリノテカンは代謝物が腸管より排泄されるため，消化管の通過障害がある腹膜播種症例には注意が必要である．

◆ベバシズマブは腸管閉塞が消化管穿孔の危険因子の1つとして挙げられており，使用する際には注意が必要である．

◆5-FUやオキサリプラチン，抗EGFR抗体薬は毒性が強く出るという明らかなデータは存在せず，イリノテカン，ベバシズマブに比較すれば投与しやすい薬剤である．
