膵癌のEUS-FNA診断の意義と限界

【ポイント】

◆EUS-FNAは病理学的な確定診断を得られるという点で，画像診断に対し絶対的な利点を有する．

◆CTで確定診断不能であった膵癌に対するEUS-FNAの診断能はきわめて良好である．

◆EUS-FNAの問題点としては，偽陰性例の取り扱い，さらなる診断能向上がある．また，囊胞性腫瘍に対するEUS-FNAは，播種の危険性があり原則禁忌である．
