【ポイント】

◆膵液細胞診は，膵炎発症の懸念から敬遠される傾向にあるものの，微小膵癌発見のための重要ツールである．

◆KRAS変異などの遺伝子マーカーとの組み合わせにより，さらなる診断効率の向上が期待できる．
