【ポイント】

◆FDG-PETは膵癌の鑑別診断に有用である．

◆FDG-PETは小さい腫瘍や活動性の炎症性疾患と膵癌との鑑別が苦手である．

◆FDG-PETはCT，MRI，EUS，ERCPなどと併せて活用することが重要である．
