膵癌切除後adjuvant chemotherapyの意義

【ポイント】

◆RCTの結果，膵癌術後の補助化学療法により，無再発生存期間，全生存期間が延長することが示された．

◆2012年にS-1がゲムシタビンより生存期間を延長することが示され，新たな標準治療として位置付けられた．

◆今後の検討課題として，新規抗癌剤レジメンの開発，術前補助療法との比較などが挙げられる．
