【ポイント】

◆門脈浸潤を伴う膵癌に対する門脈合併切除は安全に施行可能であり，治療成績の向上に寄与する．

◆治癒切除が見込めるのであれば，門脈完全閉塞例に対しても積極的な外科切除は予後改善に役立つ．

◆広範囲門脈浸潤に対しては左腎静脈グラフトの利用が有用である．
