【ポイント】

◆局所進行膵癌において，化学放射線治療または化学療法単独がともに標準治療である．

◆導入化学療法を施行することで，同時化学放射線治療で高い治療効果が期待できる症例を選択できる可能性がある．

◆放射線治療，化学放射線治療により除痛効果が得られ，放射線治療はQOL改善に有用である．
