【ポイント】

◆再発形式が限局型の症例に対しては，確実なR0手術を目的とした術前化学放射線療法が考慮される．

◆再発形式が側方浸潤型で有症状の場合にはR0切除は困難であり，根治的な化学放射線療法を考慮する．

◆術前化学放射線療法が手術の安全性や術後合併症に及ぼす悪影響は少ないが，合併症を起こした場合には難治性になりやすい．
