最近の知見と重要ポイント

□腹腔鏡下手術は低侵襲であり，肝切除の分野でも広く応用されてきている．

□周術期の運動療法により有意にインスリン抵抗性やBTRは改善し，肝機能の維持に有用な可能性がある．

□術後難治性胸腹水は重要な肝切除後の合併症であり，肝線維化と関連するが，ARFIにより術前に肝線維化を予測しうる可能性がある．
