最近の知見と重要ポイント

□腹腔鏡（補助）下脾臓摘出術の普及に伴い，ERASプロトコールに即した周術期管理をより一層進めることが可能になった．

□脾摘後重症感染症のリスクは一生涯続くため，術後長期にわたる予防・患者教育が必要である．
