最近の知見と重要ポイント

□術後の下痢症・腸炎では，抗菌薬関連性腸炎（AAC）があり，そのなかでもClostridium difficile（CD）感染症が重要である．

□シンバイオティクス（synbiotics）はCD感染症をはじめとするAACの治療として，重要な治療戦略の1つである．
