最近の知見と重要ポイント

□術中・術後の頻脈に対し短期作用型β1遮断薬の有効性が明らかになっている．

□不整脈デバイスを植え込まれている症例が増えており，周術期のマネジメントが必要である．

□不整脈発生の背景にある麻酔，手術侵襲による因子の補正が今なお重要である．
