【ポイント】

◆結腸癌他臓器浸潤（cT4b）の多くはR0切除が可能で予後も良好なため，technicalにもoncologicalにもresectable cancerである．

◆Stage Ⅳ結腸癌の肝，肺，腹膜播種の単独転移あるいは一部の肝・肺転移では，高度な技術を必要とせずにR0切除ができる場合，technicalにもoncologicalにもresectable cancerである．

◆遠隔リンパ節，卵巣，副腎，脾，脳転移，肝・肺転移以外の複数部位の転移は，切除後の予後は一般的に不良であり，technicalにはresectableでもoncologicalにはborderline cancerである．
