【ポイント】

◆ISRの適応基準は，①RMの確保，②DMの確保，③特殊癌症例の除外，④直腸肛門機能低下例の除外，が原則である．

◆ISR治癒切除139例の長期治療成績は，Stage別生存率も良好で，5年累積局所再発率も4.4%と低率であった．

◆ISRの腫瘍学的側面に関する文献的評価も良好であり，下部直腸癌の標準治療となりうると思われる．
