【ポイント】

◆術前放射線化学治療を併用し下部進行直腸がんにISRを適応させる．

◆恥骨直腸筋は特有の肛門閉鎖のメカニズムをもつ．

◆恥骨直腸筋の機能に必要な固定組織が存在する．

◆不随意時でも直腸肛門角を保つための再建法が重要である．
