【ポイント】

◆深達度に応じた術前化学放射線療法を併用したISR手術により，進行直腸癌に対して良好な局所制御が得られている．

◆術前化学放射線療法により骨盤内膿瘍や肛門管近傍の合併症が増加するが，さまざまな工夫により対応可能である．

◆自然排便後に肛門機能が回復するまで時間を要するので，投薬による積極的な排便コントロールも肝要である．
