【ポイント】

◆ロボット手術によるISRの報告はまだ少なく，長期成績に関しては明らかになっていない．

◆ロボット手術と腹腔鏡手術によるISRを比較した検討では，ロボット手術のほうが開腹移行率が低率であった．

◆実際の手術では，会陰操作を先行させる方法や，腹腔側からロボット操作により肛門管内の剝離，切離操作を完全に行ってしまう方法など，異なった方法がある．
