【ポイント】

◆化学放射線療法を含む集学的治療の構成要素として，サルベージ手術とコンバージョン手術の役割を考えるべきである．

◆化学放射線療法後に治癒を望める唯一の治療オプションとして，サルベージ手術とコンバージョン手術を積極的に検討すべきと考える．

◆合併症率や在院死亡率が高いサルベージ手術とコンバージョン手術では局所制御を優先して侵襲を軽減し，安全性の向上を図る．
