【ポイント】

◆緊急手術の対象となる代表的な疾患は，絞扼性イレウス，ヘルニア嵌頓，腸間膜虚血症である．

◆血流障害が本態であり，上記疾患を念頭に置いた迅速な診断と適切な治療が救命のために必須である．

◆悪性疾患を背景に持つ閉塞，出血，穿孔などのoncologic emergencyは患者の状態に応じた治療が必要である．
