【ポイント】

◆救急外来で遭遇する肝臓領域の消化器外科疾患の大部分は，interventional radiology（IVR）による治療が有効で，緊急手術が必要となることは稀である．

◆わが国では肝損傷の臨床分類として日本外傷学会肝損傷分類2008が頻用されている．

◆肝損傷の治療は手術的治療（OM）と比べ，非手術的治療（NOM）の適応が拡大している．
