【ポイント】

◆わが国では治癒切除後のStage Ⅱ/Ⅲ胃癌に対する補助化学療法はS-1単剤療法が標準である．

◆S-1単剤による術後補助化学療法のStage Ⅲに対する効果は満足できるものでない．

◆Stage Ⅲへのより強力な補助化学療法として，S-1＋αレジメンの検証が今後の課題である．
