【ポイント】

◆膵癌は手術単独での根治の可能性には限界があり，治療成績向上をめざした術後補助療法の臨床試験が積極的に行われてきた．

◆膵癌の術後補助化学療法としてゲムシタビン塩酸塩とS-1を比較した第Ⅲ相比較試験（JASPAC-01）の結果がわが国から報告された．

◆2013年現在では，膵癌の術後補助化学療法としてS-1単独療法が推奨される．
