【ポイント】

◆上部消化管術後狭窄の多くは吻合部狭窄であるが，吻合部以外の狭窄も存在する．

◆内視鏡的治療の進歩に伴い，吻合部狭窄のほとんどの症例で再手術を回避できるようになったが，治療に難渋する場合にはバイパス術などを行う．

◆吻合部以外の狭窄が疑われた場合には，速やかに狭窄部位や原因を精査したうえで，早い段階からの手術を考慮する必要がある．
