【ポイント】

◆術後消化管出血に対しては保存的治療，内視鏡的止血術，IVR，開腹止血術などの治療法がある．

◆診断および治療において低侵襲性，成功率の点から，まず内視鏡検査・治療を試みるべきである．

◆単一の方法で止血困難な場合は固執せず別の方法に切り替えるべきである．
