【ポイント】

◆術後胆道狭窄に対しては，IVRによる狭窄部位の把握，および拡張術が第一選択となる．

◆IVRによる治療が無効な場合には，手術療法が選択される．

◆手術療法を選択する場合には，3D画像を用いて，脈管の相互関係を把握する必要がある．
