【ポイント】

◆門脈腫瘍栓の対側葉への飛散を防ぐため肝門処理を先行する．

◆腫瘍栓摘出後の門脈吻合は，狭窄をきたさないような工夫が必要である．

◆進行した腫瘍栓（Vp4）であっても適切な手術で良好な予後が得られる．
