【ポイント】

◆バルーン内視鏡により深部小腸の内視鏡診断・治療が可能になった．

◆バルーン付きオーバーチューブで任意の部位に固定点を置けるため，深部小腸でも操作性がよい．

◆小腸の内視鏡検査だけでなく，大腸内視鏡挿入困難例や，術後再建例のERCPにも有用である．
