カプセル内視鏡

【ポイント】

◆カプセル内視鏡は低侵襲に小腸全体の観察ができ，バルーン内視鏡による精査の予備検査としても有用である．

◆滞留が起きる欠点があったが，パテンシーカプセルにより開通性が確認できるようになった．

◆膨大な画像の解析は動画で行うが，画像強調観察の応用により病変の検出率向上が図られている．
