【ポイント】

◆腸閉塞の原因として，術後の癒着性イレウスが最も頻度の高い疾患であり，その対応は重要であるが，常に他の疾患を念頭に入れた問診，診察および画像評価が必要となる．

◆診断に悩むような症例がある場合には，悪性疾患と同様に他科の医師との連携が重要となる．
