◆治療方針の決定には，発生のメカニズムを理解し正しく病型を把握する必要がある．

◆手術適応の決定には，潜在的な腹部症状の有無にも注意する．

◆中腸軸捻転は致死的かつ短腸症候群の原因となるため，時期を逃さずに整復する．
