【ポイント】
◆胆道悪性腫瘍の治療成績向上には術前・術中の胆汁漏出予防策も重要な要素である．
◆術前胆汁漏れを減らすために，術前減黄はできる限り内視鏡的胆道ドレナージとする．
◆術中胆汁漏れを減らすためのポイントは，確実な手術操作と胆管の切離を標本摘出の最後に行うことである．
