【ポイント】
◆肝のリンパ流が流出するリンパ節の領域は大きく4か所に分類される．
◆肝内胆管癌のリンパ節転移は肝十二指腸間膜内が最も多く，左葉を主座とするものでは肝胃間膜から胃小彎側にもみられる．
◆肝のリンパ流に基づくリンパ節郭清が施行されるが，その再発防止効果についてはいまだ不明である．
