術後合併症の影響—吻合不全で再発が増えるか

がんの手術は臓器切除やリンパ節郭清が必要であり,合併症や後遺症を覚悟しないといけない.消化管の手術で縫合不全を起こすと絶飲食になり,腹膜炎や腹腔内膿瘍を併発すると再手術が必要になる.術後合併症を起こすと患者は体力や免疫力が落ちるが,がんの手術で術後合併症は予後に影響するのだろうか.吻合不全を起こすと再発が増えるのだろうか.
