【ポイント】
◆腹腔鏡下胃切除術の普及とともに，ステイプラーを用いた様々な吻合方法がみられるようになった．
◆腹腔鏡下幽門側胃切除術におけるリニアステイプラーを用いたRoux-Y法と，腹腔鏡下胃全摘術におけるサーキュラーステイプラーを用いたRoux-Y法を紹介する．
◆ステイプラーと腹腔鏡下の縫合を併用することによって，柔軟に対応できる吻合を施行する．
